SPOON STIRRED: Gold Standard 100% Whey™ is instantized. What this means is that it mixes supremely easily and you don’t need to carry around a blender with you like some protein supplements! Just add one rounded scoop of Gold Standard 100% Whey to a glass filled with approx 6-8 oz of water or milk. Then all you need to do after that is mix with a spoon for about 20 seconds until the powder is completely dissolved.
SHAKER CUP: A protein shaker is the quickest and most convenient way to mix your protein supplement. Simply pour in 6-8 oz (adjust for desired taste) of your preferred liquid and then add one rounded scoop of Gold Standard 100% Whey to your shaker cup.
