Again, when a product is so cheap you would probably expect it to taste terrible right? Wrong. Impact Whey Protein comes in so many flavours that there is bound to be one for everybody’s individual taste. Traditional protein flavours like chocolate, raspberry and vanilla are lined up with more extravagant choices like cookies and cream, banoffee and mocha. Here at FitnessBeans, the team have tried nearly all of them, and every single one has been of a decent quality.
The chocolate varieties are perhaps the best of the lot; producing a great tasting and creamy shake that is actually enjoyable to take regularly. However, you must be aware that chocolate varieties reduce protein content by 8% due to the added cocoa.
The unflavoured version is just pure unbridled protein with no added sugars or fillers. Some people cannot stomach it, although a lot of people mention that it simply tastes of ‘nothing’. Some will treat their protein shakes as a ‘means to an end’ and just down them each time. For those of you who this applies, the unflavoured version has the highest protein content per 100 grams and is also around 20% cheaper than the flavoured varieties!

Correct for unflavoured version. Flavoured versions reduce protein content by approximately 3% and chocolate flavours reduces it by approximately 8%.
Add 150-250ml of water or milk into our shaker (the less liquid the thicker the shake will be). Then add 1 MP large scoop (25g), shake and consume. Use 2-3 times daily or as required.
